Sex Myth - Men Are Hornier

If you think about evolution this Myth might make sense.
Men can have many mates. Because a woman can become pregnant she will be more selective about mating. And to reproduce a man has to have an erection and orgasm.
In contrast, a woman does not have to be aroused to conceive. To go out on another date, well, maybe.
Some studies support that the idea that men are hornier.
One study found that during adolescence, single males reported 20 times as many orgasms than single females.
That makes it seem that this myth is true. But there are a couple problems here. Maybe women are socially conditioned to masturbate less than men and thus have fewer orgasms. Not to mention those studies measure orgasms not moments of desire.
A mans or woman's desire might be put off by exhaustion, stress or other factors.
So, we don't believe that men are necessarily more hornier than women, and that's a good thing!
So this Myth is FALSE!
