What better place than to test this theory than the Olympics!
A study of olympians found that on the average they had sex four times a week.
The study concludes if the athlete performs poorly, don't blame the sex. Blame the other things that going along with getting laid. Like too many drinks, too much dancing or lack of sleep.
That's right! Researchers have found that for most athletes sex has no effect on strength or endurance.
The average guy that changes in heart rate and hormone levels despite after 2 hours.
So, unless you're getting it on in the locker room at half time, you should be fine!
One thing though for you Rocky wannabe's, boxers may be the exception. Maybe that's because sex lessens aggression.
So, we'll say that the sex and sports Myth is False! Unless you're a Boxer!
